Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy
It's time to rediscover and explore your deeper self.
What is Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy?
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic psychedelic modality that combines ketamine treatment with dedicated psychotherapy. If you are living with depression or anxiety and want to safely experience ketamine assisted psychotherapy with a licensed mental health professional, then Integrative Psychedelic Therapy might be for you.
Ketamine is a synthetic pharmaceutical compound, classified as a dissociative anaesthetic. It is one of the most widely used drugs in modern medicine, and is on the World Health Organization’s List of Essential Medicines. It was developed in 1963, FDA approved in 1970, and adopted by many hospitals and medical offices because of its rapid onset, proven safety, and short duration of action.
In the last two decades, ketamine has been increasingly clinically applied at subanaesthetic doses as an off-label treatment for various chronic treatment-resistant mental health conditions, such as depression, alcoholism, substance dependencies, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and other psychiatric diagnoses.
Undergoing ketamine assisted therapy with a trusted provider creates the best conditions for faster, longer-term mental health improvements. By choosing to do ketamine assisted therapy with me, you will allow yourself to explore new possibilities and connections with my careful guidance.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a recently pioneered, groundbreaking treatment option for those with treatment-resistant mental health conditions. KAP has been demonstrated to create new neurological connections that bypass, or eventually dismantle, harmful patterns of behavior and thinking. Ketamine is one of the first methods of psychedelic-assisted therapy to be legalized in certain areas of the United States due to its efficacy.
In my practice, I utilize low-dose sublingual ketamine tablets. I currently do not offer IV/intramuscular ketamine injections. This allows for a gentle, introductory experience with psychedelic-assisted therapy and may be repeated as many times as necessary. It is worth noting that it's best to space out your journeys (or dosing days) by at least 6 months. Oftentimes, KAP is not a one-and-done type of therapy. It is a process which involves the careful detangling of your unhealthy habits and replacing them with more productive neural connections. Keep in mind that you are not likely to be "cured" after one round of KAP.
You must arrange for a safe ride to and from my practice on dosing days. Ketamine is an altering substance, and it is illegal to operate heavy machinery under its influence. I will assist you to your safe ride at the end of your dosing session. More information will be provided in your consent forms and educational paperwork.

If you are already seeing another provider for psychedelic-assisted therapy dosing days, I can still help you with prep and integration. Ideally, I would like to have contact with your dosing provider in order to provide seamless transitions between your treatment, but that is all up to you. Psychedelic-assisted therapy can be expensive, especially the dosing days, so if you are able to find another more affordable option for dosing I want to support you. You are in charge of your treatment.
Each session is 60 minutes and may be repeated as many times as you feel is necessary. For prep, we'll focus on the intention you want to enter your journey with. The idea is to parse out which areas of your life need the most work and identify any barriers you want to overcome. For integration, we will work on deciphering the experiences you had on your journey. We'll break down the imagery, symbolism, patterns of thinking, and bodily sensations that came up during your dosing day. You will have an opportunity to exist in raw emotion and express yourself freely. Afterwards, we'll set some realistic goals for you to pursue before your next prep session (if you decide to continue treatment).
