I am a depth, and somatic oriented Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified KAP Facilitator. Through these approaches, I provide support and emotional attunement to help clients effectively address personal life challenges, mental health issues and heal trauma. I integrate somatic techniques; such as Somatic Experiencing, Movement, Breathwork, Embodiment Exercises, Dance and IFS with Depth Psychology to provide a holistic approach to your trauma recovery. Trauma can cause lasting effects in your nervous system, making it practically impossible to self regulate the nervous system, let alone relax and experience joy and intimacy. Somatic modalities can address, sexual intimacy issues, relationship difficulties, fear, anger and feeling disengaged from life. I have worked extensively with deep levels of trauma in treatment settings, which gives me the skillset to hold space for the darkest parts of trauma recovery. It is with this compassion and understanding, that I work with you to help build on your strengths and explore your hidden weaknesses whether your goal is to attain the personal growth or to recover from feelings of helplessness and despair.
