I am a Depth- and Somatic-oriented Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified KAP Facilitator.

But I'm also a mom to two lovely, neurodivergent and queer kids. I was unexpectedly launched into a second career after the 2008 recession swept the floor out from under my life. Bankruptcy, loss, and despair became an initiation– one that eventually led me back to graduate school at 47.

Along the way, I noticed something important: my deepest emotional and somatic insights weren't happening through words alone. They were happening through movement– often in unlikely places, like my pole dancing class. That's when I knew I wasn't meant for "regular talk therapy."

I love working with clients who sense the mystery and magic in their lives, and with those who've had that magic frozen, blocked, or forgotten. I work well with clients who are psychologically-minded, open to depth-oriented exploration, and seeking treatment that integrates body, psyche, and relational dynamics. My work is about helping people find their rhythm again– entering the liminal space where meaning, embodiment, and healing begin to move.

My clinical work is grounded in Depth Psychology and somatic approaches, with a strong emphasis on nervous system regulation, relational attunement, and meaning-making. I view therapy as a collaborative, co-regulated process in which we asses patterns of rigidity, collapse, or disconnection and support the development of increased flexibility, integration, and self-agency. I work experientially, tracking both verbal material and somatic cues, all while helping clients access underlying emotional and symbolic processes.

When clinically appropriate, I can incorporate Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) within a structured, ethical framework that includes thorough screening, preparation, and integration. KAP is used to support expanded states of awareness, reduce entrenched patterns, and facilitate new perspectives, while ongoing integration work helps translate insights into sustainable psychological and relational change. My approach prioritizes safety, informed consent, and collaboration with medical providers as needed.
